Steel Products A/S, a Danish industrial conglomerate, has made an 100% acquisition of Singapore based subsidiary - Techcom Precision India Private Limited.

The transaction team consisted of Dr. Satish Srinivasan (Senior Partner), Sandhya Susanna Bhaskar (Partner) and Surabhi Srinivasan (Associate).
The due diligence team consisted of Sindhur CS (Senior Associate, Intellectual Property) and Associates Shruthi Kishore, Mridula Ponappa, Adhithyaa Vishal, Surabhi Srinivasan, Daeinn A Poovaiah and Nataraja Joisa (Corporate Secretarial and Compliance).
