Daya General Hospital Limited has raised private equity capital of up to ₹150 crore from Ascent Growth Trust.

ALMT Legal, Bangalore advised Daya General Hospital on this fundraise.

The transaction team consisted of Dhanya Menon (Senior Partner), Sandhya Susanna Bhaskar (Partner), Rishabh Sureka (Senior Associate) and Surabhi Srinivasan (Associate).

Saraf and Partners advised the investor, Ascent Growth Trust, on this transaction. The Firm provided legal support throughout the transaction, including due diligence, documentation, and regulatory guidance.

The transaction was led by Vivek Pareek (Partner).

Daya Hospital Group has a chain of multi-specialty hospitals across Kerala.

Ascent Growth Trust is part of the funds managed by Ascent Capital, based in Bangalore.
