Antares Legal has advised The Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL) on their acquisition of controlling stakes in ANK Hotels Pvt Ltd and Pride Hospitality Pvt Ltd, whose promoters belong to the Clarks Hotels family.

The Firm led on deal structuring, drafting and negotiating transaction documentation and undertaking corporate and title due diligences for IHCL.

The transaction team was led by Siddharth Bhavnani (Partner) and Surbhi Kothiala (Partner), with support from Divyanshu Bansal (Associate), Priyanshi Aggarwal (Associate), Moksh Roy (Associate) and Ananya Mathews (Associate).
