Antares Legal has advised Carpediem Capital's new fund Yugadi Capital on leading a $5 million (~₹40 crore) fundraise of Biryani Blues.

The transaction team was led by Surbhi Kothiala (Partner), with support from Divyanshu Bansal (Associate) and Priyanshi Aggarwal (Associate).

Biryani Blues is a popular quick service restaurant chain in India, renowned for its authentic dum biryani. The brand has gained significant traction in the food industry, focusing on delivering high-quality biryani to its customers.

Biryani Blues Co-founder Raymond Andrews stated that the funds will be utilized for opening 100 new stores over the next 3 years.
