SAMHI Hotels Limited has signed an agreement, through its wholly owned subsidiary, SAMHI Skyline Private Limited, with INGKA Centres India Private Limited for leasing an upscale ~162-room hotel within Ingka Centres’ upcoming ~2.5 million sq. ft. mixed-use development in Noida, Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh.

The project is envisioned as a marquee development, and the collaboration brings together SAMHI’s operating platform and Ingka Centres’ global development expertise, aligning with SAMHI’s strategy of partnering with institutional players. Located within a mixed-use ecosystem, the hotel is expected to benefit from strong captive demand and high visibility.
