Uneecops Group has acquired a majority stake in TechMatrix IT Consulting, a leading CRM consulting firm and one of the largest Salesforce partners in India.

Antares Legal advised Uneecops on this acquisition.

The transaction team was led by Surbhi Kothiala (Partner), with support from Associates Divyanshu Bansal, Moksh Roy and Priyanshi Aggarwal.

Uneecops Group is a CMMI Level 5 technology company that specializes in developing cutting-edge business software solutions, including ERP, analytics, CRM, and cloud solutions. Uneecops has successfully completed more than 2000 projects for a diverse client base, emphasizing automation and efficiency in business processes.

The acquisition aims to create a unified platform that integrates CRM, data analytics, and artificial intelligence to drive enterprise transformation across sectors and regions.
