Antares Legal assists Carpediem Capital on their investment in Inc.5 Shoes

Inc.5 Shoes has raised approximately ₹83 crore ($10 million) through their Series A funding round.

Carpediem Capital has led an approximately ₹83 crore ($10 million) Series A fund raise by D2C footwear maker Inc.5 Shoes, with participation from Param Capital and P3 Venture Fund.

Antares Legal represented Carpediem Capital on this transaction.

The transaction team was led by Partners Siddharth Bhavnani and Surbhi Kothiala.

Owned by the Mumbai-based Virji family, Inc.5 operates as a branded footwear player across India.
