Antares Legal assists SAMHI Hotels on acquiring Innmar Tourism and Hotels

The acquisition was made for ₹2,050 million.

SAMHI Limited has acquired a 142 room operational hotel in Whitefield, Bengaluru (with the potential for development of an additional 200-220 rooms) in the upper upscale segment through the acquisition of Innmar Tourism and Hotels Private Limited for ₹2,050 million.

Antares Legal represented SAMHI Limited on this transaction.

The transaction team was led by Surbhi Kothiala (Partner), Aishwarya Dubey, Divyanshu Bansal and Moksh Roy, with Siddharth Bhavnani (Partner).
