SAMHI Limited has acquired a 142 room operational hotel in Whitefield, Bengaluru (with the potential for development of an additional 200-220 rooms) in the upper upscale segment through the acquisition of Innmar Tourism and Hotels Private Limited for ₹2,050 million.
