Antares, SAM guide IHCL acquisition of 51% stake in Brij Hotels

The Indian Hotels Company Limited is set to acquire a 51% stake in Brij Hospitality, an operator of boutique luxury hotels and resorts in India, for a consideration not exceeding ₹225 crore.

Antares Legal advised IHCL on this transaction. The firm led on deal structuring, drafting and negotiating transaction documentation and undertaking due diligence for IHCL.
