AQUILAW advised TVS Industrial & Logistics Parks Pvt. Ltd. on the purchase of a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) that owns 5.65 acres of land (partly freehold and partly leasehold) along with a logistics facility located in Jalpaiguri, West Bengal.
AQUILAW conducted comprehensive title due diligence exercise which included a detailed review of title deeds, land records, compliance with applicable land use and zoning regulations and carrying out exhaustive title search exercises at relevant offices, courts and websites.
