Areete advises Wootzwork on Series A fundraise

Wootzwork Labs Private Limited has raised $6.6 million from a Series A fundraise led by Z47, with participation from Nexus Venture Partners, AdvantEdge Founders, and Stride Ventures.

Areete Consultants acted as an advisor for Wootzwork in relation to seeking investment in the Series A funding round from Z47 and Nexus Venture Partners.

The transaction team was led by Rupali Singhania (Partner) along with Hitesh Jangra (Senior Fee Earner) with strategic inputs from Amit Singhania (Managing Partner).

Hitesh Jangra (Senior Fee Earner) along with Yogita Yadav (Fee Earner) assisted with due diligence on Wootzwork.
