Kundan Green Energy Private Limited has acquired a 24.81 MW hydro power plant situated at Himachal Pradesh from Goodwill Energy Enterprise on a slump sale basis.
Areete Law Offices acted as a sole legal and tax advisor to Goodwill Energy Enterprise and Kundan Green Energy.

Goodwill Energy Enterprise has been in business of generation of hydro power for over a decade. The acquisition of Hydro Power Plant, is a milestone for the Kundan Green Energy Private Limited, in its endeavour to acquire and consolidate green energy assets.
