Areete Law Offices advises XSFinance on acquisition of majority stake in Dhanvikas

The acquisition will help XSFinance in expanding its presence in the fintech space.

XSFinance and Investment Private Limited has subscribed and acquired the majority stake in Dhanvikas Fiscal Services Private Limited.

Areete Law Offices advised XSFinance on the transaction. 

The transaction team consisted of Amit Singhania (Founding Partner), Hitesh Jangra (Associate) and Shivani Arora (Company Secretary).

XSFinance is a Waree group entity and Dhanvikas is a NBFC Company registered with Reserve Bank of India.

The acquisition will help XSFinance in expanding its presence in the fintech space.
