Argus Partners acts on PowerUp Money $12 million Series A fundraise

PowerUp Money will utilise the fresh capital to strengthen its research and advisory capabilities, improve existing offerings and launch new ones.

Uniorbit Wealth Management Private Limited (PowerUp Money) has raised $12 million (~₹107.4 crore) from a Series A fundraise led by Peak XV Partners, with participation from existing investors 8i Ventures and DevC, Accel, Blume Ventures, and Kae Capital.

Argus Partners advised existing investors Accel, Blume Ventures and Kae Capital on the Series A fundraise. The Firm also advised the investors on PowerUp Money's previous $7.2 million seed fundraise.

The transaction team consisted of Ashwin Krishnan (Partner), Siddharth Malakar (Senior Associate) and Rashika Wadhawan (Associate).

PowerUp Money is a Bengaluru-based mutual fund advisory wealthtech startup.

The Company intends to utilise the fresh capital to strengthen its research and advisory capabilities, expand its subscription offering, PowerUp Elite, and launch a fully managed advisory product, PowerUp Infinite. The company also plans to invest in investor education and financial literacy initiatives to broaden access to informed wealth creation tools across India.
