Argus Partners advises HouseEazy $16.9 million Series B fundraise

Magneum Technology Private Limited (HouseEazy) has raised $16.9 million from a Series B fundraise was led by Accel, with participation from existing investors Chiratae Ventures and Antler, as well as leading venture debt funds.

Argus Partners advised HouseEazy on this fundraise.

The transaction consisted of Ankit Guha (Partner), Tushar Thimmiah (Partner), Keshav Seth (Senior Associate) and Associates Neena Varghese, Srishti Sneha and Amruth Rao.

HouseEazy is an online marketplace for resale homes. HouseEazy plans to utilise the fresh capital to expand into new cities such as Pune, Mumbai, and Bengaluru, further enhance its technology, and strengthen its suite of real estate services.
