Argus Partners has advised StackGen Inc., a leader in autonomous infrastructure technology, on its acquisition of OpsVerse, a provider of AI-powered DevOps automation solutions.

The transaction team consisted of Pallavi Kanakagiri (Partner), Siddharth Malakar (Senior Associate) and Shubham Tiwary, Anusha Nookala (Associates).

Through this acquisition, StackGen will integrate OpsVerse’s flagship product, Aiden, an intelligent DevOps assistant leveraging AI to automate tasks and deliver insights into its platform, significantly enhancing its AI capabilities. The transaction underscores StackGen’s strategy of developing fully autonomous infrastructure by combining OpsVerse’s automation expertise with its own AI agent architecture.
