GK Energy Limited has made an initial public offering which comprised a fresh issue and an offer for sale by the Promoter Selling Shareholders. The total IPO size, including a pre-IPO placement, aggregated to ₹564.26 crore.

AZB & Partners advised GK Energy on this IPO, according to the DRHP.

JSA Advocates & Solicitors advised IIFL Capital Services Limited and HDFC Bank Limited, the Book Running Lead Managers, on this IPO.

The transaction team was led by Madhurima Mukherjee Saha (Partner), with support from Sagar Batra (Partner), and Associates Nidhi Prakriti, Aryaman Singh, Shashwat Sharma, and Tisa Padhy.
