New York Life Insurance Company has acquired a 49% stake in Max Estates' SPV - Max Towers Private Limited and Pharmax Corporation Limited for ₹3.88 billion ($46.5 million).

AZB & Partners advised Max Estates Limited, Max Towers Private Limited and Pharmax Corporation Limited on this transaction.

The transaction team consisted of Anil Kasturi (Senior Partner), Abhishek Awasthi (Senior Partner), Anisha Shridhar (Partner) and Purvi Lhila (Senior Associate).
