AZB acts on Warburg Pincus sale of stake in Cleanmax to Augment Infrastructure for US$ 223 million

Global private equity fund Warburg Pincus LLC sold its stake in rooftop solar power producer Cleanmax Enviro Energy to Augment Infrastructure, a US investment firm for US$ 223 million (₹1650 crore).
