Swach Environment Private Limited has exited from Nangloi Water Services Private Limited by selling its entire stake to Veolia India Private Limited.

Burgeon Law advised Swach Environment in the composite transaction which facilitated its exit from Nangloi Water Services and on completing a one-time settlement with the lenders of Nangloi, being Bank of India and SREI Equipment Finance Limited.

The transaction team consisted of Ketan Mukhija (Senior Partner), Khushboo Jha (Principal Associate) and Shorya Singhal (Associate).
