Statkraft A.S. has made a 100% stake sale of its wholly owned subsidiary, Mandakini Jal Urja Private Limited, which is implementing a 76 MW hydroelectric project in Uttarakhand, to Bhilwara Energy Limited.

Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised Statkraft A.S. on this stake sale.

The transaction team was led by Ramanuj Kumar, Partner (Co-Head – Projects, Energy & Energy Transition), along with Partners Sreetama Sen and Aiswarja Mohanty. They were supported by Kumar Mangalam (Associate).
