Pernia’s Pop Up Shop (Purple Style Labs Limited) has filed a Draft Red Herring Prospectus for initial public offering of equity shares, comprising a fresh issue aggregating to ₹660 crore. 

Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised Pernia's Pop Up Shop on this IPO, according to the DRHP.
