The Company is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Brigade Group, which is one of the leading real estate developers in India.
The IPO was oversubscribed by 4.48 times, with the retail investors’ portion being oversubscribed by 6.4 times, the QIB portion being oversubscribed by 5.42 times, the NII portion being oversubscribed by 1.92 times and the employee reservation portion being oversubscribed by 0.94 times.
