The Company had commenced its operations in 1974 and has also ventured into cloud services with its cloud platform ‘Ashok Cloud’ to provide tailored, secured, and robust cloud services.

The proceeds from the QIP shall be used, inter-alia, towards development of data centres, construction of ongoing projects, acquisition of land and development rights and repayment/ pre-payment of debt.
