Anant Raj Limited is a residential real estate developer and data centre company in the Delhi-NCR region and has a diversified portfolio including development of residential integrated townships, group housing, affordable housing, IT parks, malls, office spaces, hotels, and data centers. The Company had commenced its operations in 1974 and has also ventured into cloud services with its cloud platform ‘Ashok Cloud’ to provide tailored, secured, and robust cloud services.

The proceeds from the QIP shall be used, inter-alia, towards development of data centres, construction of ongoing projects, acquisition of land and development rights and repayment/ pre-payment of debt.
