CAM, Trilegal, Hogan Lovells act on Runwal Realty ₹2,000 crore proposed IPO

Runwal Developers Limited (Runwal Realty) has proposed an initial public offering of equity shares aggregating to ₹2,000 crore, comprising a fresh issue aggregating to ₹1,700 crore and an offer for sale by Promoter selling shareholder aggregating to ₹300 crore.

Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas is advising Runwal Realty on this IPO.

The transaction team is led by Ravi Dubey (Partner), and includes Oishika Dasgupta (Partner), Mansi Jhaveri (Principal Associate) and Associates Aniruddh Saraswat, Arjun Badola, Eashaan Agrawal, Shivam Punjani and Riya Kumar.

Trilegal is advising the book running lead managers - ICICI Securities, BoB Capital Markets, IIFL Capital Services, and JM Financial, on this IPO.
