Privacy engineering deep tech start-up, Priva Sapien Technologies Private Limited has secured approximately ₹8 crore ($1 million) in the seed round of funding led by Omidyar Network.

Chandhiok & Mahajan acted for Omidyar Network on the deal.

The transaction team consisted of Kaushalya Venkataraman (Partner), Aayushi Jain (Senior Associate), Shivani (Associate) and Komal Abrol (Associate).

PrivaSapien is a B2B privacy engineering start-up that helps businesses to unlock data without violating user privacy, thus making the data & AI ecosystem trustworthy for the masses.
