Chandhiok & Mahajan assists BN Group on group restructuring

The restructuring will enhance BN Group’s efficiency by streamlining business management and strengthening working capital.

BN Group is undergoing a group restructuring, wherein A1 Agri Global Limited, B.N. Agritech Limited, and Salasar Balaji Overseas Private Limited will be merging into BN Agrochem Limited.

Chandhiok & Mahajan is assisted BN Group in procuring the antitrust clearance from the Competition Commission of India for the merger.

The transaction team is led by Karan Singh Chandhiok (Partner and Head of Competition and Regulatory), alongside Deeksha Manchanda (Partner), Tarun Donadi (Senior Associate), and Saumya Sunidhi (Associate).
