Liquidnitro Games Private Limited has raised $19 million from a fundraise led by Northpoint Capital, with participation from existing investor Nexus Venture Partners.

Clarence and Partners advised lead investor Northpoint Capital on this fundraise. The Firm undertook a legal due diligence on Liquidnitro Games and represented Northpoint in negotiations on the transaction documents. The Firm also provided Northpoint with general transaction support and advisory.

The transaction was led by Clarence Anthony (Founder).

Liquidnitro Games is an India-headquartered “games & live services” production studio founded by industry veterans and focused on co-developing/producing games and live services for global publishers.
