CMS INDUSLAW, Khaitan act on Kiwi $23 million Series B fundraise

Gokiwi Technologies Private Limited has raised $23 million from a Series B fundraise led by Vertex Ventures, which also saw participation from existing investors Nexus Venture Partners, Stellaris Venture Partners and Omidyar Network India.

CMS INDUSLAW advised Gokiwi Technologies and its existing investors on this fundraise.
