CMS INDUSLAW acts on Statiq $18 million fundraise

The investment will support the continued growth and expansion of Statiq's EV charging network across key markets

Statiq Mobility Inc. has raised $18 million (~₹163.2 crore) from a fundraise led by Tenacity Ventures, with participation from Y Combinator, Shell Ventures and RCD Holdings.

CMS INDUSLAW advised Statiq, its parent company Sharify Services Private Limited and its founders on this fundraise.

The transaction team consisted of Minhaz Lokhandwala (Partner), Shweta Gupta (Partner), Surbhi Joshi (Senior Associate) and Abhinav (Associate).

Sharify Services, through Statiq, is an electric mobility company engaged in the development and operation of electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure.

The investment will support the continued growth and expansion of its EV charging network across key markets, further strengthening the country’s electric mobility ecosystem.
