CMS INDUSLAW acts on Xflow $16.6 million Series A fundraise

Xflow is a cross-border payments platform which enables Indian businesses to seamlessly collect and manage international payments.

Xflow Payments India Pvt. Ltd. has raised $16.6 million from a Series A fundraise led by General Catalyst, with participation from PayPal Ventures and existing investors including Lightspeed, Stripe, Moore Capital and Square Peg.

CMS INDUSLAW advised Xflow on this fundraise.
