CMS INDUSLAW advises Swara Baby Products on acquisition of KA Enterprises, Solis Hygiene

The acquisitions consolidate the baby care and hygiene products of Solis Hygiene and KA Enterprises under Swara.

Swara Baby Products Private Limited, a subsidiary of FirstCry has acquired KA Enterprises (Hygiene) Private Limited and Solis Hygiene Private Limited through an all-stock deal.

CMS INDUSLAW advised Swara Baby Products on the acquisitions and the subsequent corporate structuring. The Firm also advised FirstCry in the secondary sale of its shareholding in Solis to Swara.

The transaction team consisted of Winnie Shekhar (Partner), Shantanu Singh (Partner), Rajat Jain (Principal Associate), Associates Chandresh Goyal, Anshul Bhuwalka and Arnab Chakraborty.

The corporate secretarial team consisted of Ruhi Jain (Executive Director), Praveen Hegde (Manager) and Adarsh Joshi (Senior Executive).
