Adani Group through its subsidiary AMG Media Networks Limited will acquire 29.18% stake in NDTV and has launched an Open Offer for another 26% stake in the media house.

Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas is acting for Adani Group.

The Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas team is led by Managing Partner Cyril Shroff along with Partners L Vishwanathan, Ruetveij Pandya and Akila Agrawal.

NDTV made its announcement to BSE about the acquisition. 26% shares of NDTV is being purchased at Rs. 294 per share amounting to 492.81 Crores.
