Inventurus Knowledge Solutions Limited (IKS Health), through its US subsidiary Inventurus Knowledge Solutions, Inc., has acquired TruBridge, Inc. for up to $565 million.

Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised TruBridge, Inc. on its binding merger agreement for the acquisition.

The transaction team was led by Bhargav Joshi (Partner), with assistance from Associates Saumya Sharma, Ayushi Agarwal, SB Aditi, Arushi Kankariya, Roshan Cyriac, and Ratna Pandey

Rishabh Shroff (Partner, Co-Head - Private Client and Head - International Business Development) provided strategic inputs and guidance.

Meeta Kurpad (Partner), with support from Shivangi Singh (Principal Associate) and Mehul Jain (Associate), advised on financing aspects of the transaction.

TruBridge, Inc. is a US-based provider of healthcare technology solutions for rural and community hospitals.

The acquisition allows IKS Health to expand into US markets.
