Juno Joule Green Energy Private Limited has executed a Front-End Engineering and Design (FEED) Engineering Services Agreement with thyssenkrupp nucera India Private Limited.

DMD Advocates is advising Juno Joule on this collaboration with thyssenkrupp nucera India, which includes execution of the FEED agreement.

The transaction team consists of Pallavi Puri (Partner), Abin Francis (Counsel), Aishwarya Gupta (Senior Associate), and Srishti Pandey (Associate), with strategic inputs from Rashi Dhir (Senior Partner & Head of Corporate).

Pursuant to the FEED Agreement, thyssenkrupp nucera India aims to design an integration concept for ‘Alkaline Water Electrolysis’ into Juno Joule's proposed 260-megawatt green hydrogen facility in India, and it is thyssenkrupp nucera India’s first Indian green hydrogen project.

Following this phase, the partners will explore next steps, including a potential Engineering, Procurement, and Fabrication contract.
