DMD Advocates, JSA act on acquisition of Noble Seeds by BASF | Nunhems

Noble Seeds has now become a wholly owned subsidiary of Nunhems India.

Nunhems India Private Limited, a BASF group company, has acquired 100% equity share capital in Noble Seeds Private Limited.

DMD Advocates advised Noble Seeds on this transaction. The Firm provided end-to-end legal support to Noble Seeds and its shareholders on this transaction, including structuring, negotiation of the share purchase agreement and ancillary documents, and assistance on closing-related matters.

The transaction was led by Vihang Virkar (Partner, Mumbai Corporate Practice Group), along with Monika Deshmukh (Partner), Associates Vanshikha Choraria and Nardeep Chawla.

This transaction also enables enhanced pan-India coverage and improved regional support for BASF | Nunhems and Noble Seeds.
