Dreamfolks Services Limited has, through an offer of sale by its promoters Liberatha Peter Kallat, Mukesh Yadav and Dinesh Nagpal, gone public with an offering of 17,242,368 equity shares.

Equirus Capital Private Limited and Motilal Oswal Investment Advisors Limited (together the “Book Running Lead Managers/BRLMs”) acted on the sale.
