Person Centred Software has acquired Camascope Limited, including its Indian subsidiary, Camascope India Private Limited. 

DSK Legal advised and assisted Person Centred Software on the Indian law aspects of this acquisition. The Firm conducted legal due diligence on the Indian subsidiary of Camascope; reviewed the Share Purchase Agreement; and assisted with the closing and post-closing actions.

The transaction team consisted of Harvinder Singh (Partner), Manhar Gulani (Principal Associate), Devika Rana (Principal Associate), Associates Brijesh Ranjan Sahoo, Sumedha Tewari and Shreya Khandelwal.
