Earlier, the team led by Partner Siddharth Suresh completed another deal wherein they advised a subsidiary of Fourth Partner Energy on the financial facility availed from Vivriti Capital including the structuring, reviewing and finalizing of the transaction documents.
The total value of the four transactions is ₹13,820 million.
