Dua Associates advised Fourth Partner Energy in acquiring 140MW solar portfolio from Renew Power

This was part of two other transactions availing financial facility from Investec and CDC Group that took place simultaneously.

India's leading distributed solar energy firm focusing on building and financing solar projects Fourth Partner Energy Private Limited recently acquired 140MW solar portfolio from Renew Power and financial facility availed by the company from Investec and CDC Group

Dua Associates represented Fourth Partner Energy Private Limited in the transactions.

Dua Partners Manoj Menon and Sharan Balasubramanian completed three transactions on behalf of client.

Earlier, the team led by Partner Siddharth Suresh completed another deal wherein they advised a subsidiary of Fourth Partner Energy on the financial facility availed from Vivriti Capital including the structuring, reviewing and finalizing of the transaction documents.

The total value of the four transactions is ₹13,820 million.
