SBI Ventures Limited’s SWAMIH Investment Fund-I has provided ₹399.5 crore as financing to SRK Buildwell Private Limited for the residential development Project Morpheus Pratiksha—soon to be rebranded as Project Nirala Grand—located in Sector 1, Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh.

Dua Associates advised and assisted SWAMIH Investment Fund-I on this transaction. The Firm advised across the full lifecycle of the transaction, including legal due diligence, transaction structuring, documentation, and ongoing legal support through execution and closing.
