Thermax Limited has acquired 100% of the share capital of Buildtech Products India Private Limited from its Promoters for up to approximately ₹78 crore.

Economic Laws Practice (ELP) advised Buildtech Products and its Promoters in this transaction by providing end to end support in connection with the transaction.

The transaction team consisted of Abhishek Sanyal (Partner), Jishnu Dhar (Principal Associate), and Simran Yadav (Associate).

This acquisition has solidified Thermax’s presence in the construction chemicals sector.
