Fox & Mandal acts on Lamtuf proposed IPO

Lamtuf is a vertically integrated manufacturer engaged in the production and sale of industrial laminates, shuttering films and composite materials.

Fox & Mandal has advised on the proposed IPO of Lamtuf Limited. The Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) was filed with SEBI for a listing of the Company’s equity shares on the main boards of NSE and BSE.

The transaction team was led by Timothy Franklyn (Deputy Managing Partner, Head of Capital Markets) and consisted of Neytra Nayak (Associate Partner), Rudresh Mandal (Senior Associate), Mainak Pal (Senior Associate), Aman Maini (Associate), Shrinwantu Choudhury (Associate), Abhimanyu Kakrania (Associate) and Prajith Prakash (Associate).

The proposed IPO includes a fresh issue of 1 crore equity shares and an Offer for Sale (OFS) of 20 lakh equity shares by promoters Surender Kumar Mehta and Kamlesh Mehta.

Lamtuf is a vertically integrated manufacturer engaged in the production and sale of industrial laminates, shuttering films and composite materials. In addition to this, Lamtuf also produces Tubes, Rods and Moulded Profiles.
