Fox Mandal & Associates has advised Grexa AI Private Limited on ₹15.5 crore fundraise led by Offline Club founder Utsav Somani, with participation from DeVC, Bharat Founders Fund, Vernalis Capital and a clutch of angel investors.

The Firm advised on deal structuring, drafting and negotiation of transaction documents, investor alignment, and regulatory compliance for the seed round. The transaction involved marquee early-stage investors backing Grexa’s growth and product expansion plans.

The transaction team was led by Jeevanandham Rajagopal (Senior Partner) and Ramasubramanian N. (Associate Director), with active involvement from Afreen Azad (Senior Associate), and Associates Divya Jude George, Jinal Jain, and Ajay Kumaran.
