Gnani Innovations Private Limited, dba Gnani.AI, has raised $10 million (₹94 crore) from a Series B fundraise led by Aavishkar Capital and existing investor InfoEdge Ventures.

Fox & Mandal advised Gnani.AI on this fundraise.

The transaction team consisted of Neytra Nayak (Associate Partner) and Kishan Jaiswal (Associate).

VERTICES PARTNERS advised lead investor Aavishkar Capital on this fundraise.

The transaction was led by Vinayak Burman (Founder and Managing Partner) and Vikrant Anand (Partner), along with a team that included Varun Kaka (Principal Associate), Nisha Dharod (Associate Manager), Manan Kapoor (Associate Manager) and Mitali Hakani (Associate Manager) and Tushar Patial (Associate).

Gnani.AI is an agentic AI platform that helps enterprises automate customer interactions across multiple channels such as voice, chat, SMS, and WhatsApp. It supports over 40 languages and offers multi-modal capabilities including voice, chat, email, and avatar interactions.

The funds will be used to build agentic AI capabilities, multilingual and industry solutions, and strengthen its engineering and product teams to capture a share of the global enterprise voice AI market.
