GameChanger Law Advisors has advised Global Innovation Fund on leading the $1.7 million pre-Series A fundraise of Blackfrog Technologies Private Limited.

The Firm assisted Global Innovation Fund in conducting a legal due diligence on the Company, and in reviewing and negotiating the transaction documentation.

The transaction team consisted of Amrut Joshi (Founder), Mahit Anand (Partner) and Janhavi Kukreja (Associate).

Blackfrog Technologies is a Manipal, Karnataka-based technology startup company that seeks to improve the efficiency of immunization supply chains. They have developed a patented system for precision cold-chain and vaccine traceability, Emvólio, to provide logistical support in the last-mile delivery of vaccines.

This funding will accelerate the development of three new cold chain products for diagnostics, pharma logistics, and clinical research—strengthening the Company's commercial offerings.
