The ePlane Company (Ubifly Technologies Pvt. Ltd.) has raised $14 million from a Series B fundraise, co-led by Speciale Invest and Antares Ventures, with participation from multiple other investors.

Panag & Babu represented The ePlane Company on this fundraise.

The transaction team was led by Akash Karmakar (Partner) along with Ridhima Khurana and Sankalp Inuganti.

GameChanger Law Advisors advised lead investor Speciale Invest on this fundraise. The Firm assisted Speciale Invest in conducting a due diligence on the investee company, as well as on the structuring, drafting and negotiating of the transaction documentation.

The transaction team was led by Saket Rachakonda (Senior Associate) and also comprised Dia Shetty (Associate) and Janhavi Kukreja (Associate).
