Mumbai-based D2C beauty brand FAE Beauty has raised ₹17 crore ($2 million) from a pre-Series A fundraise led by Spring Marketing Capital, with participation from existing investors Titan Capital Winners Fund and Arihant Patni.
Goyel & Goyal advised FAE Beauty and its founders on all aspects of the fundraise.
The transaction team was led by Akshit Goyal (Partner), and consisted of Avinash Kumar (Senior Associate) and Associates Sanjeevani Mehrotra and Stuti Vajpayi.
Founded in 2019 by Karishma Kewalramani, FAE Beauty focuses on inclusive, clean, and gender-neutral color cosmetics specifically formulated for Indian skin tones.
The brand plans to use the funds to double down on product innovation, launch new face-focused categories, and strengthen its omni-channel presence across quick commerce and offline retail.
