Goyel & Goyal acts on MountTech investment in Galaxeye

Spacetech startup Galaxeye has raised $10 million in Series A funding with MountTech Growth Fund – Kavachh as a strategic investor.

Goyel & Goyal advised MountTech Growth Fund – Kavachh on all aspects of this transaction.

The transaction and diligence team consisted of Deepika Yadav (Partner), Aishwarya Srivastava (Associate), and Shivantika Srivastava (Associate).

Founding Partner Akshit Goyal provided strategic inputs.

This marks MountTech’s maiden investment since its first close in July this year. MountTech is an early-stage venture capital firm founded by former defence secretary Dr. Ajay Kumar, Raj Sethia, Suryakant Dalmia, and Abhinav Munshi.
