IC RegFin Legal has acted as the legal counsel to Fireside Ventures on the successful close of its ₹2,250 crore Fund IV platform, Fireside’s largest fundraise to date.

The transaction team was led by Twinkle Dhamecha (Partner) and comprised Mohit Maheshwari (Partner), Kartik Dhir (Principal Associate), Aditya Raj (Senior Associate), Associates Bhavya Shah and Saumya Motwani, with strategic guidance and regular inputs from Tejesh Chitlangi (Managing Partner).

The Fund IV platform has been organized as a master-feeder structure and comprises of an AIF in India with the feeder vehicle in GIFT City, enabling participation from a diverse base of global and domestic investors, including US university endowments, sovereign entities, Indian institutions and listed companies such as Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA), Investment Corporation of Dubai (ICD), HarbourVest, Waterfield, Fidelity International, Sharrp Ventures, Mirabilis, and Emami Limited amongst others.
