IC RegFin Legal, VERTICES act on Aquapulse Series A fundraise

The funds will be utilised by the Company for setting up of a state-of-the-art in-house and expanding its current farmer network across Odisha, Andhra Pradesh and West Bengal.

Phoenix Marine Exports and Solution Private Limited, dba Aquapulse, has raised ₹25 crore from a Series A fundraise, led by NABVENTURES Limited who made the investment through their AgriSure Fund.

IC RegFin Legal advised Aquapulse on this fundraise.

The transaction team consisted of Puneet Shah (Partner), Amrita Ghosh (Senior Associate) and Dhawal Srivastava (Associate).

The transaction was led by Vishal Mehta (Partner), along with a team that included Nisha Dharod (Associate Manager) and Cashmira Poonacha (Associate).

Founded in 2023, Aquapulse is a pioneering aqua-tech company based in Bhubaneswar, India. It focuses on addressing key challenges in the aquaculture industry by offering tailored solutions and advanced technology to minimize post-harvest losses, enhance efficiency, and promote sustainability.

The funds will be utilised for expansion and setting up of a state-of-the-art in-house processing facility, expanding its current farmer network from 6,000 plus to over 15,000 plus across Odisha, Andhra Pradesh and West Bengal, and strengthening its technology stack. The Company will also invest in AI-led pre-and-post-harvest systems and its tech-led transparent pricing model.
